  2. Add in the mascarpone and continue mixing.
  3. Meanwhile, use a mixer to beat the egg whites into foam.
  4. Slowly, incorporate the beaten egg white into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  5. Prepare the black coffee and let cool.
  6. Soak the lady fingers in the cooled black coffee.
  7. In the bottom of a pyrex pan (or any other fridge proof pan), arrange a layer of the soaked lady fingers and spread over them a layer of mascarpone mixture. Then arrange another layer of lady finger and top with the rest of the mascarpone. Spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the cocoa powder all over and refrigerate for at least four hours.
  9. Serve cold.
