  6. Take 2 nd Layer : Coconut Milk 1 cup

  11. Prepare 2.5 ml Rose essence
Steps to make Mango Panna Cotta!:
  1. To Make 1st layer : Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat and add ½ tbsp of agar agar powder and stir well and heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until boil, stir in same direction.
  2. Now add ½ cup of sugar, ¼ tsp salt and stir until sugar has dissolved, it's time to add mango pulp, keep stirring continuously to mix all well.
  3. Pour jelly into a rose shaped cup mould or any other shape moulds, freeze it for 1 hours or until set.
  4. To Make 2nd Layer : Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat and add ½ tbsp of agar agar powder and stir well and heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until boil, stir in same direction. It's time to add ½ cup of sugar and stir until sugar has dissolved.
  5. Now add 1 cup of coconut milk and rose essence to the saucepan and keep stirring continuously to mix all well.
  6. Now, take out 1st layer of jelly, pour about a tbsp of 2nd layer of jelly and place removed 1 st layer and pour more jelly, or add above 1st layer of jelly, freeze it for 1 hour or until set.
  7. Here, beautiful, delicious Vegan Mango Coconut Jelly or Mango Panna Cotta dessert is ready to serve, Enjoy!!!
