  3. Add chinagrass to warm water and keep it aside. Once it's bloomed, add it to the panna cotta mixture and give it a quick mix.
  4. Strain the mixture using a clean cloth. Divide the mixture in the ramekins and let them cool to room temperature. Melt the choco chip in microwave. Add melted chocolate on the top and keep it in fridge for 2hour.
