  1. Strain curd in an handkerchief and let water drain out
  2. Let it rest in fridge for 3 hours. A thick creamy Yogurt will be formed
  3. Now for Icedrop.. Fill water in balloon and hang it with string in a freezer.
  4. Take a small bowl and add Gelatin to it.let it rest for 3minutes.
  5. Take some water in a pan and put to boil.put in Gelatin bowl. Stir till granules dissolve.
  6. Take it out. It's ready to be used
  7. Now in a pan add cream and switch on gas on low flame.. Stir continuously
  8. Then add in curd,sugar and milk,Gelatin. Stir constantly for 2 minutes. Switch off gas and add vanilla essence.
  9. Fill it in small cups and refrigerate it for 3 hours till it sets completely
  10. Now cut mangoes into small pieces. Add in sugar. Cook till mango becomes moist. Stewed mangoes ready for garnish.
  11. Now take out pannacotta from fridge and check whether it's set or not. Break Icedrop and garnish
  12. Cut a circle of mango for garnish.. Use tooti frooti and cherries for garnish.. Serve chilled in hot summery weather.
