  1. warm oil on med-high heat
  2. add beef strips, galic, salt and peper cook for couple minutes till is half way cooked
  3. add the lime juice and orange juice, and the rest of the vegetables until they little tender!
  4. note: (make sure if you devaine the serranos to wash your hands and nails pretty good and don't touch your face cuz it will burn) LOL
