  2. Finely chop onion and peppers and place together in another bowl
  3. Mince garlic
  4. Combine chicken stock, marjoram, basil, paprika, pepper, and Tobasco into a 2 cup measuring cup
  5. In a large pot over medium heat:
  6. Brown chorizo sausage and remove with a slotted spoon, set aside
  7. Add chicken and brown, then
  8. Add onion and green pepper, cook until softened, then
  9. Add garlic, cook about 1 minute, then
  10. Add uncooked rice, stir, then
  11. Add ham and chorizo, stir, then
  12. Add diced tomatoes, stir, then
  13. Add chicken stock mixture, stir, then
  14. Bring to a low boil, then cover and turn down to a simmer
  15. Simmer cover for about 20 minutes
  16. After 20 minutes, turn off heat, let stand covered to 5 minutes
