  1. Prepare 3/4 cup wheat flour
  2. Get 1/4 cup rahi flour
  3. Take 1/4 cup jaggery
  4. Take 8-10 cashew nuts
  5. Make ready 8-10 almonds, chopped
  6. Take as required Nutmeg

  1. Mix the flour and add ghee into it. (Ghee must be enough to hold the shape.).mix flour and ghee until breadcrumb-like consistency.
  2. Add warm water gradually and bind semi soft dough, cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into equal size balls and roll it out into thick bhakhri.
  4. Heat earthen tawa - when it is hot out bhakhri on it. Cook it on medium flame.When it slightly cooks from one side change the side.
  5. Press it with cloth and cook from both the sides till it turns crispy and cooked- same way prepare from the remaining dough.
  6. In hot tawa add nuts and dry roast them.
  7. Break bhakhri into piece- Make fine powder (churma) of bhakhri and nuts into mixture.
  8. Heat ghee into pan - add jaggery (add according to sweet taste you like)
  9. Do continuous stirring - when jaggery melt into ghee add it to the churma.
  10. Grate nutmeg and mix it well.
  11. Give it laddoo shape and enjoy it.
