Steps to make Katori chaat:
  1. Knead the flour with water, zeera and salt
  2. Cover it and let it rest for 20 minutes
  3. In a separate bowl add all the remaining ingredients
  4. In a deep pan add 2 cups of oil and heat it on a medium flame
  5. Make a small ball of the dough and flat it with a rolling pin
  6. Take a small steel bowl(katori) and put it under the flat dough
  7. Make the shape of the bowl by it's upside down position
  8. Cut the edges of the extra dough with knife
  9. Press the edges so the dough completely cover the outside of the bowl
  10. Slide it from the sides into the heating oil
  11. Let it cook until it becomes light brown
  12. When the bowl leaves the dough, remove it carefully from the oil with the help of tongs
  13. Invert the bowl so the inner side is completely cooked
  14. Remove it from the oil and let it cool on a paper towel
  15. Now place the prepared black chana chart in the katori
  16. Garnish it with coriander, imli ki chutney, and raita
