- Rabri is ready.now take a Pan add Desi ghee.
- Add Sevai in the ghee and Roast Well.now add condensed milk mix well.
- When condensed milk mix in the Sevai immediately transfer in greased bowl and give the Shape of katori.
- Now give proper Shape in the bowl.place in the Refrigerator for 2 hrs to set.
- After 2 hrs Take out from the Refrigerator and demould from the Bowl Slowly Slowly.sevai katori is Ready.
- Now Take Sevai Katori in a Serving plate.fill with the rabri.garnish with pomegranate seeds.
