  1. Take a bowl and add plain flour, salt and mix it well and then add oil and mix it well, knead it with water (dough should be normal) rest it for 10 mins.
  2. After that make balls of the dough and take a ball and rolling it and make katori on it then fold it and cut extra dough from the edges and then fry it into preheated oil.
  3. Fry until it becomes into golden brown colour. Apply this method for all.
  4. After that you can put in katori chickpeas, boiled potato, chopped onion, chopped tomato, green chutney, Tamarind chutney yogurt (as you required) Chaat masala.
