Instructions to make Sewai rabdi katori:
  1. Heat ghee add roasted vermicelli. Roast it for 5 minutes.
  2. Add water so it cooks completely. Add condensed milk. Transfer in a mould or small bowl to give them katori shape. It should be done when vermicelli is hot. Press them with spoon.
  3. Keep in freeze for 30 minutes to set.
  4. Meanwhile make rabdi. Add all ingredients of rabdi and cook till it becomes thick in consistency. It takes 10-12 minutes.
  5. Keep it in freeze to cool.
  6. After 30 minutes take out sewai katori from moulds carefully. It comes out easily.
  7. Fill katori with rabdi. Decorate with chopped mando and rose petals.
